At Recipola ("App" and "Website"), we take the security of your personal data seriously. This notice, prepared in accordance with Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), explains which of your data is processed, for what purposes, and how, while you use our platform.

• Üyelik ve hesap bilgileri: Oluşturduğunuz kullanıcı adı, e-posta adresi ve şifreniz. Şifreniz asla düz metin olarak tutulmaz, geri döndürülemez şekilde şifrelenerek (hash) güvenli sunucularda saklanır.
• Membership and account information: The username, email address, and password you create. Your password is never stored as plain text — it is kept irreversibly encrypted (hashed) on secure servers.
• Google ile giriş (Google Sign-In): Google hesabınızla giriş yaptığınızda Google tarafından sağlanan e-posta adresi, profil ismi ve kullanıcı kimliği (ID) bilgisi işlenir.
• Google Sign-In: When you sign in with your Google account, the email address, profile name, and user ID provided by Google are processed.
• Apple ile giriş (Sign in with Apple): Apple kimliğinizle giriş yaptığınızda Apple tarafından sağlanan (ve tercihinize göre gizlenebilen) e-posta adresi, ad-soyad ve kullanıcı kimliği (ID) bilgisi işlenir.
• Sign in with Apple: When you sign in with your Apple ID, the email address (which you may choose to keep private), name, and user ID provided by Apple are processed.
• Sofram gönderileri (herkese açık): "Sofram" bölümünde paylaştığınız yemek fotoğrafları, açıklamalar ve beğeniler herkese açık topluluk akışında gösterilmek üzere sunucularımızda saklanır.
• Sofram posts (public): Dish photos, captions, and likes you share in the "Sofram" section are stored on our servers to be shown in the public community feed.
• Uygulama içi tercihler: Dil seçimi, favori/kurulmuş sofralar ve market listeniz cihazınızda veya hesabınızla senkronize olarak tutulur.
• In-app preferences: Your language choice, favorite/set tables, and shopping list are kept on your device or synced with your account.
• Hata ve performans kayıtları: Teknik hata bilgileri (kişisel veri içermez) sorunları gidermek amacıyla Firebase Crashlytics'e gönderilir.
• Error and performance logs: Technical error information (no personal data) is sent to Firebase Crashlytics to help us fix problems.

Your data is processed based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:

• Sözleşmenin ifası: Üyelik hesabınızın açılması, Google ile giriş yapabilmeniz, platform içi özelliklerden yararlanmanız ve şifre sıfırlama gibi teknik e-postaların gönderilmesi.
• Performance of a contract: Opening your membership account, enabling Google Sign-In, letting you use in-platform features, and sending technical emails such as password resets.
• Açık rıza: Uygulamaya kaydolurken veya web sitesinden onay vermeniz halinde; yeni özellikler, tarif bültenleri ve güncellemeler hakkında tarafınıza e-posta gönderilmesi.
• Explicit consent: Sending you emails about new features, recipe newsletters, and updates, if you give consent when signing up in the app or on the website.
• Meşru menfaat ve istatistik: Uygulama güvenliğinin sağlanması, performans analizi yapılması, hizmet kalitesinin artırılması ve kullanıma ilişkin anonimleştirilmiş (toplulaştırılmış) istatistiki verilerin oluşturulması.
• Legitimate interest and statistics: Ensuring app security, performing performance analysis, improving service quality, and generating anonymized (aggregated) usage statistics.

Kişisel verileriniz üçüncü kişilere satılmaz veya ticari amaçla devredilmez. Hizmetin yürütülebilmesi için yalnızca aşağıdaki güvenli altyapı sağlayıcıları kullanılır:

Your personal data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Only the following secure infrastructure providers are used to operate the service:

• Google Firebase: Üyelik doğrulama (Authentication), topluluk verilerini saklama (Firestore) ve hata raporlama (Crashlytics) hizmetleri.
• Google Firebase: Membership verification (Authentication), community data storage (Firestore), and error reporting (Crashlytics).
• Cloudinary: Uygulama içi görsellerin ve paylaştığınız fotoğrafların barındırılması.
• Cloudinary: Hosting of in-app images and the photos you share.
• Google AdMob: Uygulama içinde reklam gösterimi. Reklamlar kişiselleştirilmemiştir; cihazınızın reklam kimliği, sizi uygulamalar arasında takip etmek amacıyla kullanılmaz.
• Google AdMob: Displaying ads in the app. Ads are non-personalized; your device's advertising identifier is not used to track you across other apps.

• İşlemsel e-postalar: Hesabınızı oluşturduğunuzda veya şifrenizi unuttuğunuzda gönderilen teknik/zorunlu e-postalardır.
• Transactional emails: Technical/mandatory emails sent when you create your account or reset your password.
• Bülten ve duyuru e-postaları: Yalnızca açık onay vermeniz durumunda gönderilir. İstediğiniz zaman e-postaların altında yer alan "Abonelikten Çık" bağlantısını kullanarak veya info@recipola.com adresine yazarak bülten listesinden çıkabilirsiniz.
• Newsletter and announcement emails: Sent only if you have given explicit consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails, or by emailing info@recipola.com.

KVKK Madde 11 uyarınca veri sahibi olarak; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenme amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını sorgulama, yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme ve verilerinizin silinmesini talep etme hakkınız vardır.

As a data subject under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, question whether it is used in line with its purpose, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion of your data.

Hesabını uygulama içinden silebilirsin: Profil > Hesap İşlemleri > "Hesabı sil" adımını takip ederek hesabını ve hesabına bağlı tüm verileri (Sofram gönderileri, favoriler, AI tarifleri dahil) anında ve kalıcı olarak silebilirsin — herhangi bir e-posta göndermene ya da müşteri hizmetiyle iletişime geçmene gerek yoktur.

You can delete your account directly in the app: Go to Profile > Account Actions > "Delete account" to instantly and permanently delete your account and all data tied to it (including Sofram posts, favorites, and AI recipes) — no email or customer service contact required.
